Late to the meme but
This set of ice dance costumes made me laugh because it reminded me of the 'She's everything, he's just Ken' meme.
She's in a gorgeous dress with a detailed cut-out neckline and tons of crystals (and possibly also beads?) in various shapes and colors, so thick on the fabric the biggest ones look like they're layered on top of the others, popping out in these photos and coating her to the point where even on video she sparkles all over the place. In real life, she probably looks like they dumped a canister of glitter over her. That could well be a $5k+ dress and it looks amazing and eye-catching.
He's in a black shirt. Look, they gave him translucent sleeves, that's something.
(They're siblings, so I understand their family is already paying $$$, and if you're going to splash out on one costume, it's always going to be the girl's, but I do prefer their matchier ones. I'm not a tango person and I don't usually watch juniors, but their tango RD this year was quite charming - looking forward to seeing them grow.)
